1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between KarinButan (hereinafter — "the Company") and clients who order videography services. By placing an order on the website, you agree to all the conditions listed below.
2. Services
The Company provides professional videography services for rhythmic gymnastics competitions and dance events. Available services include: full performance video, highlight clips, social media reels. Format and number of cameras depend on the selected package.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through the company website. Payment is made online by bank card or other available payment methods. An order is considered accepted after payment confirmation. Prices are listed on the order page and may vary by tournament.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard order fulfillment is 7-10 business days after the tournament ends. Express delivery is 3-5 business days. Urgent delivery is 1-2 business days. The Company makes every effort to meet stated timelines but is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
5. Copyright
Video materials are provided to the client for personal use. The client has the right to publish videos on social media with attribution to KarinButan. Commercial use of video materials without written consent of the Company is prohibited.
6. Returns and Refunds
In case of technical defects (missing audio, severe blurring, etc.), the Company commits to fixing the issue free of charge or providing a refund. Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving the video.
7. Privacy
The Company commits to protecting clients' personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law and GDPR. Personal data is used solely for order processing and client communication.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of services after terms change constitutes agreement with the new conditions.
